Bob Weber

Bob Weber, Senior Pastor of ClearPoint, has been leading local congregations in a pastoral function since 1977. He has received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Mobile, in Mobile, Alabama and his Master of Divinity Degree from the Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas. Bob has continued his post graduate studies at both Luther Rice Seminary in Atlanta, Georgia and Midwestern Seminary in Kansas City, Missouri. Bob has historically enjoyed growing ministries that have been intentionally aimed at communicating the truth of God's love for people.
Bob is married to Charlette, (31 years and counting!). They are the proud parents of five children ages 21-29.

Mike Dryer
Minister of Life Development

Mike Dryer, Minister of Life Development at ClearPoint, was raised in Texas and southwest Missouri. He has been involved in training, teaching, and sharing his spiritual development since 1999 in the Lee's Summit area. He was called to the ministry in 2000 following a mission trip to Mexico and has begun attending Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary part-time in addition to pursuing an interest in counseling.
Mike has been married to Wendy for over 16 years now and will tell you that his relationship with her is second only to his relationship with God. "They have been foster parents and have four children of their own - Briant, Brianna, LeShay, and Vincent.

Pam Hustad, Student Ministry Coordinator, is a life-long resident of Lee's Summit. She has a knowledge of the area and a heart for the community. Pam and her husband, Mike, have been married 30 years. They have 2 children, Josh and Kristen, as well as two granddaughters, Kelsey and Jacee.
Pam's passion is to provide opportunities and guidance for students to discover for themselves who God is and grow strong and be able to take that to their campuses and worlds to reach others.
